WagLine Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name and email.
• Dog profiles: your dog's name, breed, birthday, photo, general location (city and state), personality, and favorite activities and places.
• Content you post: photos, videos, captions, comments, and any location you attach.
• Social activity: who you follow, who follows you, and accounts you block or report.
• Optional links: Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok handles you add to your profile.
• Location: only if you turn on location services, to help find nearby places.
• Usage information: pages viewed, features used, and device and browser details.

To run the app, personalize your experience, enforce our Community Guidelines, send service messages, and improve WagLine. We do not sell your personal information.

• With other users, as part of how the app works. Your posts and dog profiles are visible to others.
• With service providers that help us host and run the app, who may use the information only to provide services to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect safety and security.
• With a successor if WagLine is part of a merger, sale, or transfer of assets.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

You can edit your profile and dog profiles in the app, and delete your account from Settings, which removes your account and content except where we must keep records by law or for safety. You can turn off location services in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; email us to ask.

WagLine is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements.

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
