You must be at least 13. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

You own what you post. You give WagLine a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share it in the app and to promote WagLine. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it follows our Community Guidelines. Don't post anyone's private information, including addresses.

Don't misuse the app, harass others, post spam, scrape data, or break the law. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or end access if these Terms or the Community Guidelines are broken.

Breed guides, the Journal, and place listings are general information. They are not veterinary advice. Place details such as rules, hours, and leash requirements can change, so confirm before you go and follow local laws. Every dog is an individual; breed information describes tendencies, not guarantees.

The WagLine name, logo, designs, and original content belong to WagLine or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

Links to other websites and social platforms are provided for convenience. We don't control them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," and WagLine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited.
